Week’s Schedule
Sunday evening, at 7 p.m. there will be enrolment and an orientation at the Executive 9 Golf Course. At this time, we will get acquainted with each other and review the schedule for the forthcoming week.
The course format will be structured on 4 hours per day of Class Assignment from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. plus afternoon play on the course and practice time (Total 8 hours). During this time, you will be assisted in improving your game but primarily you will be taught how to teach every facet of the game.
Classes will be divided into two groups. Each group will change professionals daily so that you may take advantage of the knowledge and methodology of both professionals. Wednesday morning, you will be issued a golf rules questionnaire to be completed and returned on Thursday morning. With regard to this questionnaire, you may refer to the official rules book of the R&A and the USGA. Passing grade on this written test will be 70%.
Friday and Saturday are the days scheduled for the Playing Ability Test. (Tee times will be distributed on Thursday morning). The Verbal Teaching Test will take place after play on Friday in the range area for which a programme will be issued separately.
Saturday evening, 7 p.m. is the scheduled dinner at the SPT Sports Golf Academy with presentation of “Certificates”. Please note that Coat and Tie are mandatory dress. The course is officially completed with the dinner on Saturday evening.

DETAILS OF ACCOMODATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENTS
1. Accommodation: |
| a) Room: At venue - Rs.4,000/- (incl. food) per head for the course duration on sharing basis. (only 4 beds available). |
| b) Hotel The Elite, Koramangla: Rs. 1,500/- per day per head (twin sharing) with Breakfast |

2. Caddy Fees: Caddy fees are payable directly by the golfers. |
3. Teaching Manual: “The American Golf Teaching Method” is the official manual of the USGTF and is the prescribed teaching manual for the course. The price is USD 50/- and cost included in the course fees. |
4. Clothing: Light cotton clothing will be sufficient throughout the day. |
b] Jeans and T-shirts without collar may not be worn. |
| 5. Total Remittances for Joining |
The following is a summary of remittance to be made to IGTF for joining the course. Payment to reach not later than last date along with the Enrolment form. For accommodation, required amount to be sent along with the enrolment fee for making necessary bookings or can be booked directly. |

a) Course Fees - Rs. 18,000/- (US$ 500 for international participants) |
b) Accommodation - Advance with enrolment fee or can be booked directly. |
c) Lunch - At the venue (included in the fee) |
| • In case of not having a partner to share the room, player will pay the difference of actual tariff for single occupancy. So please rush your enrolments to be clubbed with another golfer. Pairing on first come basis. |

| IGTF offers the following incentive schemes for participants:- |
| (a) Book two vacancies together and get 10% discount on course fee |
| (b) Book three vacancies together and get 12.5% discount on course fee |
| (c) Book four vacancies and get 15% discount on course fee |
| (d) Serving/retired defence services personnel: 15% discount on course fee. |
